Top generously with grated cheddar cheese. 4. Place in the oven for approx. 20 mins until the cheese has melted. 5. Remove from the oven and transfer the nachos to a board by lifting from the bak- ing paper. 6. Top with jalapeños, tomato salsa, guaca- mole and sour cream and serve warm.
