To be a National Winner means you represent our core values of suc- cess, ethics and innovation and are one of the best in Europe. We wish you the best of luck in the final round." [company] will head to Warsaw on 22 and 23 May to complete a final round of judging and attend both a Sum- mit to engage in business issues and the Gala Ceremony where the overall category winners for 2017/18 European Business Awards sponsored by RSM will be announced. Ozo Group of Companies named 'National Winner' in prestigious european competition 'Poezija Siekta': Street Theatre at Gharghur 'I loved, I destroyed, I trusted. I hurt'. These words encapsulate a 'Silent Poem' ('Poezija Siekta'), which reflects on what life is all about. Someone from Nazareth is said to have lived, shouldered, nailed to his cross and sculpted it all for posterity when he emerged from his own tomb. Dwal Godda's theatrical pro- duction 'Poezija Siekta' is encom- passed in the traditional Good Friday procession on Palm Sun- day and closely examines man- kind's inner voice, which lights and paves the way towards inner peace. Each and every one of us, from Pilate to Mary the Mother of Christ, feel this voice echoing within us, but we do not always recognise its urges. 'POEZIJA SIEKTA' invites every- one to Gharghur for a family the- atrical feast, both traditional and para-liturgical, that raises the cur- tain on Holy Week celebrations. An elaborate stage is set up along the church parvis. At 4.30pm, on Palm Sunday, actors welcome the audience and at 5pm the first act commences: from the Nativity to the condemnation by Pilate, after asking: 'What is Truth?' The actors join the procession with the traditional statues which meanders through the streets of Gharghur accompanied by the St Bartholomew Band and Pax Chris- ti Choir. By sunset, the statues are halted in front of the stage. Bibli- cal characters, together with con- temporary ones, initiate a theatri- cal discussion about whether we are burying or silencing our inner voices. The characters will speak their minds. The audience can de- cide if the crucifixion should occur and whether Christ's rise from the dead is just a fairy-tale. Parts of the performance text is in English for emphasis, and so that visitors and non-Maltese specta- tors can follow. Two performances of 'Poezija Siekta' at Spazju Tea- trali (close to the Gharghur parish church) will be held on Tuesday 20 and Wednesday 21 at 7.30pm, for those who would want to better sa- vour the production by experienc- ing it twice. Entrance is free. On Sunday 25th March, a free 'park and ride' shuttle system will be operating with the collabora- tion of the Gharghur Local Coun- cil, starting from the near the old Trade Fair grounds in Naxxar to Gharghur and back, between 4.30pm and 10.30pm. Berkeley International launch 'LoveConnect' in Malta Frank Salt Real Estate's careers stand on campus attracts significant interest from students BERK ELEY International, the dating agency for the very wealthy, has added to their ser- vice portfolio in the Maltese Islands with the introduction of their proprietary 'Love Con- nect' service. Berkeley International France, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Malta is the first of its kind in the matchmaking industry, putting genuine love, elite in- troductions, exclusive match- making and confidentiality into a single premium package. Berkeley International has a member list of high-f lying international business people that are looking for love. These HNWI's are provided with a luxury service by Berkeley In- ternational Managing Director Hilde Watty and her team, who sort out love matches for the super-rich. Hilde Watty, one of the most successful relationship me- diators in the world, has clear views on how some people's ideas impede starting a rela- tionship that could turn out to be successful. As the internet dating mar- ket continues to grow, online matching services are employ- ing increasingly sophisticated data analysis techniques to find the perfect partner for their users, an approach that Hilde Watty does not favour. 'LoveConnect' is a human ser- vice and an upgrade that en- sured Berkeley International members receive added value in full dossiers that bring well- matched, romantic pairings into sharp focus. Watty said, "Meeting roman- tic partners need not be simply a chance affair generated by a computer. We have brought our 'LoveConnect' service to Malta in order to work on ex- plicit preferences that have arisen in the Mediterranean market. A suitable match for each person based on compat- ible backgrounds, personality, interests, what they are look- ing for, age, value and spiritu- ality. 'LoveConnect' aligns to what you truly seek in another, uncovering subconscious pref- erences and our hearthunters then intelligently sift through the members and match them well." AS part of its ongoing recruit- ment drive and promotion of its professional work ethics in the lo- cal real estate industry, Frank Salt Real Estate participated in the KSU Careers and Research Expo which was held between the 13 and 15 March at the University Campus. The aim of this event was for the company to provide a good insight about exciting job prospects in real estate, particularly in sales or let- ting, with Frank Salt Real Estate. The stand was buzzing with activ- ity as youngsters were curious to find out more about this rewarding career. They were able to play an interactive game related to prop- erty, on a number of electronic devices. "We wanted to make sure that students engage themselves when visiting our stand so we in- cluded an element of fun" said HR manager Robert Delia, who was referring to the game, whereby one had to guess the value of the prop- erty, its location and how much commission one would earn if the property was sold or rented. Present on the stand were the Human Resources team as well as a number of seasoned property con- sultants who shared their personal success stories whilst working with Frank Salt Real Estate. "The desire to control my own professional career led me to go for a career in real estate. By engaging in proactive work ethic, I strongly believe that through persistence and perseverance, I am able to achieve my targets and goals" ex- plained Edward Micallef, sales consultant at St Paul's Bay branch. "I believe that joining Frank Salt Real Estate was one of the best de- cisions I have ever made", stated Nick Portelli sales consultant at Spinola Branch. "Earnings are not fixed and can increase consider- ably when you put in the right amount of effort and dedication. Another attraction is that there is an element of flexibility in the working hours" Edward continued. Finally Katya Scicluna letting consultant at Gozo branch ex- plained "finding a home is the greatest dream that many people cherish, and our brilliant team plays a huge part in making that dream come true". Ray Young, manager at Mosta branch, also visited the Frank Salt stand to talk about his experiences to all those who were interested to learn more and explained the ben- efits of taking up a job in real es- tate; the excitement one would feel when closing a deal; the financial rewards; the buzz of meeting new people, managing one's own time, as well as the qualities of belonging to the Frank Salt family. The Frank Salt Real Estate HR team was also present at the Ca- reers Day, which was held at the Junior College in Msida on Satur- day. "We registered a keen interest by younger students at this event, especially by those who were not particularly keen to pursue a ter- tiary education" said Delia. "The idea of solid training and a good income were qualities which at- tracted them" he added. Delia went on to explain the nu- merous advantages in forming part of Frank Salt Real Estate, as opposed to other operators in the market. "Working in property provides an excellent opportunity to make good money, whilst meeting new people and allowing constant personal development. Frank Salt Real Estate offers a secure and professional working environ- ment, backed by nearly 50 years of experience and thanks to our reputation for professionalism and trust, combined with our hands- on sales approach; we guarantee a constant supply of clients as well as the largest inventory of properties to showcase.
