Calamatta says that writing and re- searching these four books was no mean feat and there were a few low moments when he felt like throwing all up in the air. "God was holding my hand and feed- ing my mind because He knows that my books, all different in content but equally important, will leave a legacy of knowledge to be shared by all those who come after us and are interested to learn what a full life like mine could do to their well-being," he said. For those of you who cannot read Maltese this last book will prove to be quite a challenge. However, Calamatta made it a point to include several quotations in Eng- lish from the books by Dr David Serv- an-Schreiber and from the inspira- tional book "The Prophet" by Kahlil Gibran. These quotes can give an insight into the contents of the chapter where they occur. The inspiration for the title of this book came from a very old movie which the author had watched when still a youngster, 'Somebody Up There Likes Me' with Paul Newman in the leading role impersonating the famous boxer Rocky Graziano. "I now need to find another project to keep my fertile mind busy. Perhaps another book or another CD even at the risk of being disowned by many of you including my family," he said. "This last book has the potential to save lives, the subject being that of fac- ing the deadly cancer. If it only saves one life then my objective will have been reached." All proceeds from the sale of the book will be contributed Hospice Move- ment.
