Chanel Le Lift crème de nuit Healthy Glow Foundation Hydration And Longwear LES Beiges makes natural a style in itself. Simple, effortless style: this makeup line is like no oth- er. It is unique. The ultimate in- carnation of French beauty Les Beiges, makeup becomes intuitive and unpretentious. It casually enhances skin and adorns it with minimal sophistication. Skin breathes freely and feels as light as air. Each season, the Les Beiges line expands to embrace the great out- doors all year long. This year, with Healthy Glow Foundation Hy- dration And Longwear, it unveils a new foundation that perfect- ly mimics the sensation of bare skin with a natural, radiant finish. A fluid foundation, as light as a breeze, that becomes one with the skin. Free of excess pigments, it reveals a serene complexion every day — one that had only seemed possible during a relaxing vaca- tion. Effortless sophistication for French allure. Chanel developed a big range of palette to enhance women's nat- ural skin tone. Each shade comes in several undertones to choose according to the shade desired for the complexion. "B" shades, for Beige, even out skin with a tone- on-tone effect, while "BD" shades, for Beige Doré (Golden Beige), warm up skin tones with lumi- nous shimmers and "BR" shades, for Beige Rosé (Rosy Beige), deliv- er a fresh rosy effect. THE Melita Foundation, which was launched earlier this year, has announced the first group of pro- jects to be supported. The benefi- ciaries are the Eskills Malta Foun- dation, the Research, Innovation and Development Trust, Tayar Foundation for Jewish Heritage in Malta, a new publication on the Knights Hospitallers, and St Mar- garet College which encompasses nine schools in Cospicua, Kalkara, Vittoriosa, Senglea, Xghajra and Zabbar. Professor Tanya Sammut-Bonni- ci, Chair of the Melita Foundation, said, "This first group of beneficiar- ies encompasses some excellent in- itiatives, primarily in two of the key areas which the Melita Foundation was established to support: the de- velopment of digital skills and the conservation of Malta's heritage. We look forward to receiving and considering further applications through our website at melitafoun- dation.org." The initial projects being sup- ported are: subsidised courses on Amazon's suite of technical train- ing for upskilling ICT practition- ers, promising students and job seekers; the restoration of a histor- ic painting of the Great Siege; an international Anne Frank exhibi- tion "Let me be Myself", for school children and the general public; a historic publication; and the pro- vision of teaching resources for teachers and pupils. The creation of the Melita Foun- dation was made possible by an initial donation of €500,000 from Melita's owners until May 2019, Apax Partners. With the full sup- port of their current owners, EQT, all of the Foundation's expenses will be funded entirely by Meli- ta Limited, meaning that 100 per cent of the funds available to the Foundation will be used to support projects. More information on the Melita Foundation and how to ap- ply for funding is available at www. melitafoundation.org. THE reimagined Athenaeum Spa is back. It has been refur- bished and in part rebuilt, to designs by Goddard Littlefair of the UK, who were involved in the Corinthia landmark ho- tel in London. Athenaeum takes the lo- cal character, historic tradi- tions, and unique architecture famed by this five-star prop- erty and distils them into the luxury world of wellness. The four-million-euro project has seen the facility, originally opened in 1989, complete- ly refurbished and launched bringing world renown luxury skincare product house ESPA to Malta. With an expansive spa and well-equipped gym, Athenae- um Spa at Corinthia Palace gives guests access to excep- tional facilities including a thermal Vitality Suite and pool, a sauna and steam room, nail salon, seven exquisite treat- ment rooms, relaxation lounge and terrace, and an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi and large outdoor pool. In keeping with the Spa's ho- listic philosophy, there is also a wide range of wellness expe- riences and treatments offered by its in-house experts. "In partnership with ESPA, Athe- naeum offers luxury products and treatments that make the most of natural ingredients and Maltese healing traditions," highlights Adrian Attard, the hotel's General Manager. "All treatments on the menu have been carefully crafted to offer relief from today's high-pres- sured lifestyle, so that guests feel enriched, inspired, and re- vived." While Athenaeum Spa joins the portfolio of other renowned ESPA spas around the globe – such as the flagship ESPA Life at Corinthia London, the Royal Spa at Corinthia Budapest, and The Spa at Corinthia Lisbon – it has been designed with Mal- ta's rich culture and heritage firmly in mind. The renowned Corinthia ser- vice will ensure guests unwind to the fullest. "Corinthia Palace has deliv- ered the highest standards of hospitality for more than 50 years," Adrian Attard, the ho- tel's General Manager, said. "We pride ourselves on our highly personalised service that is tailored to each guest's needs, all delivered with signa- ture Maltese warmth. We even offer guests the chance to book 'time' rather than a specific treatment – we want them to have a truly holistic, individual- ised, authentic spa experience."
