JURGEN BALZAN COMPETITIVENESS Minister Manuel Mallia, recently reinstated to the govern- ment Cabinet after a reshuffle prompted by the Panama Papers 'demotion' of Kon- rad Mizzi, has taken on the services of Paceville entrepreneur Mark Grima to act as his communications coordinator. Mallia was formerly a legal representa- tive of the Paceville Commercial Estab- lishments Association, of which Grima was one of its main exponents. Grima, the son of former Labour min- ister Joe Grima, has long been involved in the entertainment industry and has owned various clubs like Raffles, The Alley, and Fuego.
