THE CENTURY 21 International Masters Meeting took place be- tween the 10 and 11 of March 2018, at the Orlando World Centre Marriott in Orlando, Florida. Held bianually, this conference has proven to be beneficial to all CENTURY 21 representatives from all over the world. This year a number of representatives had the opportunity to discuss growth strategies, best practices, and the numerous resources offered through the CENTURY 21 System. As remarked by one of the brand executives: "We had very posi- tive dialogue on ways to work to- gether as individuals, to share best practices among each other for both peer review, and to engage in conversations about new ways to service our customers better and grow our regions". During the One21 Experience representatives experienced a three-day event which provided networking and relationship building opportunities with as- sociates from CENTURY 21 of- fices from around the globe. This year in particular marked a special occasion, since the brand is cel- ebrating a new identity and a new mission—to defy mediocrity and deliver extraordinary experiences. More than 30 learning sessions were conducted, with the aim of sharing information on the new rebranding as well as gaining more insights on how to: maximise tes- timonials and leverage quality service surveys, turn old school tactics into winning digital tools and system, create a unique value package and become a more ef- fective pricing and marketing ma- chine, market commercial real es- tate properties and discover tools to adapt to a changing market, and generate informative and useful content that consumers want and need. As remarked by another execu- tive: "Overall, we look to remain the brand of choice for the indus- try and for consumers looking to work with a real estate office they can trust. And with the rebrand- ing, it's such an exciting time to be a member of the CENTURY 21 System and introduce these changes to our communities while continuing to be relentless and providing unique experiences for homebuyers and sellers."
