Anastasi and Gruppetta dominated the final qualifying round to end as top 2 in the final 6. In the final stages, Grup- petta played against Melissa Swift and Kenneth Arpa. Arpa lost to both with an unlucky split in the last frame of game 1, with Gruppetta seeing off Melissa in the second game. In the other group, Anastasti powered through, with first Rankin Camilleri and then Neil Sullivan having to make way to Mauro's powerful game. In the final match, Anastasi had a surprisingly shaky start, with Philip starting with 3 strikes in a row, and while Mauro tried pulling back, Philip simply hammered in strikes in the end to finish a comfortable winner for the first time in the Masters. Joint third place went to Neil Sullivan and Melissa Swift. Gruppetta records convincing win in Ten Pin Bowling Masters Philip Gruppetta
