18 maltatoday | SUNDAY • 12 MAY 2019 COMMERCIAL "A roaring success" "Highly informative and su- per professional" "A great overview of what real estate is really all about" "A great opportunity to meet up with true property experts and network" These were some of many great comments from over 60 graduates who have recently completed Frank Salt Real Estate's MasterClass in Real Estate: the first of its kind in Malta. The MasterClass series at- tracted an overall attendance of over 90 applicants who had the opportunity to get a strong understanding of how real estate in Malta operates as well as a preview of the skills required to take up real estate as a profession. The intensive eight-ses- sion course, spread over one month, saw the participation of more than 20 lecturers and real estate experts, most hav- ing had direct experience in the field with a minimum of ten years' experience or long- er. Attendees also had the opportunity to meet up with established property consult- ants who shared some of their success stories, along with hands-on tips. The course covered vari- ous topics dealing with both residential and commercial property, as well as sales and letting. It also covered a good degree of legal and industry regulation elements, such as the process of selling or buy- ing a property, obtaining fi- nancing, contract obligations and Malta's popular residence programmes. Over 60 students graduate from Frank Salt Real Estate's Masterclass FOLLOWING a successful year of CareMalta's service excellence programme, I Care has now been introduced at HILA. The programme which was originally developed with the company's training part- ners, Think Talent, has the aim of taking the quality of service offered by the company to the next level. A one-hour lavish event was held at the Vivaldi Hotel. CareMalta's I Care Manager Paul Pace hosted the event which was repeated twice in one day to cover the 100 em- ployees of HILA. The launch included special messages by former international foot- baller Carmel Busuttil, TV personality Claire Agius and former President of Malta, Marie Louise Coleiro Preca who spoke about 'profes- sionalism', 'engagement' and 'compassion' respectively, the three pillars of the I Care Pro- gramme. The event kicked off with a video clip of HILA clients sharing their experience of the love, care and attention being given by HILA's carers. A live chat with a number of so-called 'influencers', who will be entrusted with pro- moting he values of I Care at their place of work, was also included. Nine influencers have already been identified and trained by Think Talent. In her message on this oc- casion, CareMalta's CEO Na- talie Briffa Farrugia pointed out that I Care is not a set of instructions, policies or precedures. "We want I Care to become our common lan- guage. The language with which each one of us speaks whatever one's job and irri- spective of the circumstances and situations one finds one- self in." She adds "On 4th May 2018 I Care was launched at CareMalta and I am now so happy to witness the baton being extended to HILA. I personally do my role as Care- Malta's CEO with a lot of love and that is because I Care." The participants all left their fingerprint on a large canvas as a symbol of commitment to the principles of I Care. Created for women in search of authenticity and freedom, it "oxy- genates" the complexion by imitating every nuance of nude skin in the great outdoors. This colour palette sparked a de- sire for understated sophistication. A timeless and recognisable natural healthy glow. With Les Beiges, Lucia Pica, Chanel Global Creative Makeup and Colour Designer, pursues her quest for these airy textures. In collaboration with the Chanel Make-up Creation Studio and Chanel Research, she offers an original vision of the complexion in 2019 and takes us beyond pigment. For the first time, the microfluidic technology – already used in skin- care and fragrance – puts its magic to work in a water-fresh tint with an exceptional nude skin effect. "Les Beiges Water-Fresh Tint is a new make-up product that enhances women's natural beauty. It is worn like a subtle and undetectable second skin", explains Lucia Pica. The Les Beiges line has made natu- ralness a style in itself and elegance a self-evident truth.
