• 300g local pork cutlet
• Chuck potatoes
• 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
• Yogurt
• 4 leaves of kale
• 2 tbsp butter
• Chives
• ½ onion
1. Season the pork cutlet with salt
and pepper.
2. Cook the pork on a pan until
golden on both sides.
3. Transfer to a dish and cook in
the oven for 10 minutes at 190
degrees.
4. Cut the potatoes in 4 and boil
for 20 minutes. Drain the water.
Add 2 tbsp butter, seasoning
and some chives.
5. For the sauce, finely chop half
an onion and cook in a pan
until soft. Add 2 tbsp of whole
grain mustard as well as some
yogurt.
6. Blanche 4 leaves of kale and
serve.
