17 COMMERCIAL maltatoday | WEDNESDAY • 24 JULY 2019 BALMY summer evenings in Malta are the perfect backdrop for many outdoor activities. The beautiful landscaped gar- dens with swimming pool and a pond with swans at Casa An- tonia Nursing and Residential Home provide the picture per- fect for many events organised for its residents. Throughout the year, resi- dents benefit from a full social calendar of events but come summer, the outdoor activi- ties become a daily festivity. Al fresco dining and live music sessions are always popular at Casa Antonia. The Joy Gospel Singers re- cently performed a varied selection of songs from their repertoire at the citrus theme party for residents and their guests. Casa Antonia is well known for its lavish summer parties and good food. Traditional festivities are never missed out at Casa An- tonia. From the traditional feast of Imnarja (29 June), which was celebrated with Maltese rab- bit on barbeque accommpa- nied by delicious Maltese ap- petizers, to the village feast of the Annunciation. Residents attended a special mass at Balzan Parish Church while San Gabriel Band Club en- tertained the residents at the home's garden. In the mornings, residents receive specialised swimming sessions in the pool with an aqua therapist to help them with water exercises and re- laxation. This month saw the start of comical morning entertain- ment by Joe id-Dulli and Ve- ronica followed by Sangria and fresh Maltese bread with olive oil and tomatoes (ħobz biż-żejt). Other forthcoming special events which residents look forward to are a barbeque night and the annual Majjal- ata in August, as well as a fish night on 10 September. Casa Antonia Nursing and Residential Home is a distin- guished yet affordable home for the elderly. It is situated in a quiet cul- de-sac in Balzan and over- looks the President's majestic gardens of San Anton. The home offers a superb location, where privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed. All 90 rooms enjoy beauti- ful views of the surrounding landscaped gardens. Thus, the campaign aims to convey the mes- sage that MAPFRE Middlesea will provide tailor-made insurance pack- ages which can cater for all audiences and their respective age groups. The 'Sketch your dreams' campaign was executed in collaboration with Maltese artist Stefan Carbonaro, whereby a video advert was produced to showcase the entire production process of the campaign itself. The campaign also highlights some of the main benefits of being insured with MAPFRE, such as the Insure and Save Loyalty Scheme and 24/7 MAP- FRE Assist services. The 'Sketch your dreams' campaign will also be launched at the upcom- ing Farsons Beer Festival by having a stand set up at the Festival. Those who visit the stand during the festival will have the opportunity to enter a photo competition based on the 'Sketch your dreams' concept with a chance to win a €1,000 Travel Voucher.
