Featuring a fast-paced mix of original sketches and songs, the show takes a humorous look at the year gone by. It played to sold-out houses over the Christmas season and was described by tenor Joesph Calleja as "excellent" after he joined the group on stage for an impromptu performance. The show pokes fun at local politics, personalities and daily life with comparisons being drawn to shows such as Have I Got News For You, That Was, The Week That Was, Saturday Night Live as well as the work of performers like Tom Lehrer and Monty Python. Written by Chris Dingli and Steve Hili, the show is performed by Jo Caruana, Thomas Camilleri, Marc Cabourdin, Colin Fitz, Pia Zammit and Dingli himself. Direction is in the hands of Wesley Ellul. The encore, titled One More Night of Funny, will play on Janu- ary 17 at the Salesians Theatre in Sliema.
