COMMERCIAL 20 maltatoday | SUNDAY • 10 NOVEMBER 2019 THE must-have accessory that all women want to get their hands on, La Crème Main By Chanel is now part of the Le Lift line. Skin on the hands is fragile, thin and lacks se- baceous glands. Sensitised by the environment and frequent washing, it can show its vulner- ability. Moreover, signs of aging are not re- stricted to the face; they can also appear on the hands, which are in plain sight. For all of these reasons, hands deserve special care. By examining photographs of the hands of over 1,000 women, Chanel Research identified their main beauty criteria. Beautiful hands have firm, hydrated and plumped skin, free of dark spots, as well as strong nails and soft cuticles. With le Lift La Crème Main, these gracious hands are now within reach of all women, re- gardless of their age. In shiny black, the pebble format of La Crème Main looks more elegant than ever. A perfect fit in the hand, its ergonomic design requires just one press to release the right dose of rich cream, subtly strewn with pearly particles to immediately enhance the skin. Chanel is distributed by Alfred Gera & Sons Ltd Chanel - Le Lift La Crème Main TO support its customers to adapt to new ways of banking, HSBC Mal- ta has launched a campaign called 'Hawn biex Nghin' ('Here to Help'). At the centre of this campaign is a team of experienced employees from across the bank who will be located in the branches and who will be focused on supporting all the customers in the use of self-service channels and digital enablement. "Banking continues to change and we have seen a huge shift in the use of digital and self-service channels like mobile, ATMs and deposit ma- chines. This shift towards digital so- lutions does not mean that we will be a digital only bank. On the contrary, branch banking will continue to be a critical part to HSBC Malta's service offering for the long term. In fact, we plan to open a Flagship Branch in Qormi in 2020 which will be HSBC's largest branch in the country and will deliver the best of the bank's services with improved access such as park- ing. However, we appreciate that our focus on new ways of banking might have an impact on a section of the population that is not digitally in- clined. For this reason, we have a re- sponsibility to support as many of our customers as possible, particularly those who have not been shown how to use these services or supported in understanding how these services can be of benefit to them, " said Peter Gauci, Head of Distribution. HSBC Malta employees will be wearing a new uniform with the cam- paign tagline 'Here to Help' clearly visible so the customer can easily spot them when visiting a branch. This team will be focused solely on assisting customers by showing them how to use the bank's mobile app, ATMs and deposit machines and to understand how the bank can make their banking easier and more con- venient. If required, employees can also ar- range for a new debit card for cus- tomers so they can easily access AT- Ms or deposit machines 24/7. This will also allow customers to use their debit card in shops to pay for their purchases without the need for cash or cheques. HSBC Malta's 'Here to Help' programme supports customers to adopt new ways of banking JOSÉ Herrera, Minister for The En- vironment, Sustainable Development And Climate Change, has been an- nounced as the keynote speaker for next week's Malta Sustainability Forum. The Forum, which will take place on 14 November at the Westin Dragonara Resort, will also feature a jam-packed agenda of fascinating talks from lead- ing local and international minds on the topic of sustainability, as well as a special edition of the popular APS Talks series, addressed by sustainability and CSR Strategist Prof Ioannis Ioannou. As the Forum will target both consum- ers and corporations under the over- arching theme of 'the Thinking Citizen', Minister Herrera believes it will give everyone present the opportunity to understand and discuss the important principals of sustainability directly. "Sustainability is not resolved in a vac- uum," he said. "Equally it is not resolved by a unique and correct solution, ideo- logical constraints, or multiple inter- vention points. Additionally, it cannot be resolved by resisting change, value conflict, and political and economic constraints." The general public is invited to attend the Malta Sustainability Forum, and tickets are available here. The Forum will run from 11am until 4.30pm, with a networking lunch at 1pm. A special edition of the APS Talks se- ries will take place after the Forum. Fur- ther details and combination tickets are available on the website.
