EDE Photo Books is a collaborative pub- lishing project between EDE Books and visual media artists. With its first roll-out of books released late in 2015, Series One featured themed photography works by Charles Balzan, Darrin Zammit Lupi, Ed- ward Muscat Azzopardi, Keith Ellul, Luis Rodríguez López, Sean Mallia, Stephen Vella, Therese Debono, Tomoko Goto and Tümer Genctürk. Each book consist of up to 30 photographs presenting single artist's work. Launched at Architecture Project, Valletta last Friday, Series Two features photogra- phy by Kenneth Borg, Martin Galea De Gio- vanni, Raisa Tarasova, Dragana Rankovic, Ruben Buhagiar, Alex Vella Gera, Nigel Bal- dacchino and David 'dp' Attard. Designed in the same streamlined style as the previous series, the books present a variety of im- ages inspired by different themes and mo- tifs: from travel photography to musical acts and a focus on abstract, geometrical shapes. Streamlined in a neat design, the books make for great collector's items, as well as being an adequate representation of the Maltese pho- tography scene at the moment. The books can be purchased from edebooks. eu and the individual photographers.
