St Andrews surprisingly took the lead on the 6th minute when Enmy Manuel Pena Beltre was brought down inside the area and Joseph Farrugia put the Saints ahead from the penalty spot. Floriana looked rattled but the Greens equalised just be- fore half-time when off a Jun- inho Cabral freekick, the prolific Nicolas Chiesa headed home past goalkeeper Jake Galea. Floriana regained control of the game and the Greens took the lead when off a cross by Chiesa, Mario Fontanella headed the ball home. Floriana completed the come- back and secured all three points when on the 69th minute substi- tute Mauricio Villa stormed into the area and chipped the ball over Galea.
