Floriana doubled their lead on the 72nd minute when off a cross by Matteo Piciollo, Mau- ricio Villa beat goalkeeper Bonello with his shot, securing all three points for Floriana. Balzan managed to take the lead on the 64th minute. Paul Fenech served Lydon Micallef to have the latter beat goal- keeper Andreas Vella with his low shot. On the 76th minute, Qormi doubled their lead when off a cross by Alan da Silva Souza, Aleksandar Vujacic beat goal- keeper Andreas Vella with his header.
