FIRRWOL tagħha bħala viċi president tal-Kumitat tal-Petizzjonijiet, l-MPE Marlene Mizzi mexxiet udjenza pubblika fil- Parlament Ewropew dwar l-ostakli li jsibu ċ-ċittadini tal-Unjoni Ewropea biex jiċċaqilqu u jaħdmu fis-Suq Intern. Dan huwa suġġett li jolqot direttament lil għadd kbir ta' ċittadini li qed jaħdmu jew ħadmu f 'pajjiżi oħrajn fl-UE. L-udjenza ffokat fuq l-ostakli u d-diffikultajiet li jiffaċċjaw l-impjegati attwali u dawk li rtiraw, biex ikollhom aċċess għall- benefiċċji soċjali, fejn issemmew uħud mill-aktar problemi li qed jiffaċċjaw persuni li jmorru f 'pajjiż ieħor biex jaħdmu, jistudjaw jew jgħixu. "Waqt l-udjenza, esperti minn madwar l-Ewropa ddiskutew il-moviment liberu tal-ħaddiema, suġġett li jolqot lil ħafna ċittadini tal-UE, kemm mil-lat akkademiku kif ukoll mil-lat prattiku. Id-dritt taċ-ċittadini Ewropej li jiċċaqilqu b'mod liberu fl-UE huwa wieħed ewlieni fil-proġett Ewropew. Il-persuni mhux biss iridu jkunu jistgħu jiċċaqilqu u jaħdmu f 'pajjiż ieħor tal- UE, iżda jridu jkunu siguri li se jieħdu l-benefiċċji soċjali li huma intitolati għalihom," qalet l-MPE Mizzi. Marlene Mizzi qalet: "Sfortunatament, milli nistgħu naraw mill- għadd dejjem jikber ta' petizzjonijiet mgħoddijin lill-Kumitat PETI, is-sistema mhijiex perfetta u ta' spiss ma taħdimx fil-prattika. Il-problema hija li hemm sensiela ta' ostakli li n-nies jiffaċċjaw meta jaħdmu u jgħixu f 'pajjiżi differenti tul il-karriera tagħhom." Issemmew bosta problemi waqt l-udjenza, inklużi nuqqas ta' għarfien, regoli kkumplikati, burokrazija, loopholes legali, nuqqas ta' infurzar u misinformazzjoni. "Ħafna drabi l-persuni jiġu intaxxati miż-żewġ naħat u jkollhom jimlew żewġ formoli tat-taxxa. Agħar minn hekk hemm każi fejn ma jieħdu l-ebda benefiċċju mill-ebda pajjiż, għax ikunu qed jaħdmu u jħallsu t-taxxi f 'pajjiż minnhom iżda ma jkunux joqogħdu hemm, u fil-pajjiż ta' oriġini, ma jkunux qed iħallsu kontribuzzjonijiet. Oħrajn isibu problema bil-pensjoni tagħhom wara li tkun tfaċċat il-problema. Anomaliji bħal dawn iridu jiġu indirizzati fl-interess taċ-ċittadini tagħna," qalet l-MPE Mizzi. "In-nies qed jispiċċaw ta' spiss jiżżeffnu f 'nofs żewġ sistemi nazzjonali differenti, mingħajr ma jkunu jafu x'se jaqbdu jagħmlu, fejn se jaqbdu jmorru u lil min jistgħu jkellmu. Il-persuni li jiċċaqilqu fl-UE iħossu li din hija inġustizzja magħhom. Irridu nidentifikaw malajr kemm jista' jkun l-aktar problemi urġenti u nsibu l-aktar soluzzjonijiet adatti, inkella jkun impossibbli li nuru l-vantaġġi tal- moviment liberu liċ- ċittadini, meta hemm tant aspetti fis-sistema tas- sigurtà soċjali li għadhom tant diffiċli," temmet tgħid Marlene Mizzi. illum | Il-Ħadd 16 ta' Ottubru 2016 Aħbarijiet 18 Operational Programme I – Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 Fostering a competitive and sustainable economy to meet our challenges Preparing a Cost Benefit Analysis for Projects European Regional Development Fund and Cohesion Fund The Managing Authority for Cohesion Policy 2014-2020 in Malta, the Planning and Priorities Co-ordination Division (PPCD) within the Ministry of European Affairs and Implementation of the Electoral Manifesto (MEAIM), would like to announce that a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) Training is being organised on Wednesday 9 th November 2016.
